Full amount for day hikes and 50 % deposit for multiple day hikes. Secure your reservation by doing an EFT to the Let’s go Hiking - Namibia bank account. Send us proof of payment. Preference for bookings and payments towards hikes on the day of the hike, in cash, will only be given to foreigners due to the high bank charges involve and time lapsed for transfers to take place.
Only after the above, we will add you to a separate WhatsApp group created especially for that event. Specific Information about the hike (meeting place, time, etc) will be found in the group description a day before the hike.
If you want to be picked up - announce it on registration. Your guide / specific driver will contact you and tell you the pickup time and price. This also needs to be done preferably on / before the Thursday before the Saturday / Sunday Event. Pickup fee is paid in cash to the driver ☝
